mosfet with 6908a top mark?

this mosfet got burned and i can only see a top mark , P (in italic) then 6908a on next line. been searching on the net but i couldn't find any info. anyone got an idea what mosfet is this?

sorry i don't have any pictures of it. it's a samsung brand notebook. based on the datasheet that you have given the top mark wasn't the same.

Shoot a laptop model number and number of transistor (PQXX or QXX). That will help a lot.

laptop model: samsung NP300E5Z
BOARD: SCALA3-15/PETRONAS-15 REV. 1.0

At the motherboard it doesn't have any label or marking like PQxxx or Qxxx.. this burnt component is located near the CPU...

sorry people i forgot to check the link given by budm... on the given link the logo is the same so it's AON6908A, are there any other equivalent that can be use as a replacement?. i can't find the exact component.

yes you can do that however you will need to find the data sheet on the mosfet your gonna use as a donor and make sure it matches the burned mosfet your gonna replace so do a side by side comparison of both datasheets to make sure they are internally the same i have used ones higher rated then the one i am gonna replace it with and it always have worked fine...just can't go lower rating...
