Acer nitro An517-51-54zj searching for a cpu supply mosfet ref GAOC14

After i found a shorted mosfet i still want to give it a try at replacing it ........
The references on the mosfet are 6962 and GAOC14 but i cant seem to find those on the internet.
Do you have any idea of a "known" mosfet that could be equivalent ?
