compaq cq20 no power when plug to ac adapter but in battery the power will on

to all forumers,

have you ever encountered compaq cq20-205tu, when i plug it in ac adaptor it won't power up, but in battery pack the power will goes on. i checked all mosfet and caps in supply section of my mobo but all are okey, what is the possible problem of my laptop? TIA.

Trace the power from the input and follow it to where it stops. Make sure the standby rails are powered up first.
