HP Compaq Elite 8300 USFF PC | i5 Would it be possible to take the switching power supply and modify it for battery operation

I have pondered this idea for a while now and I would like for anyone who has any ideas for if this would work I have one that I might scariest it just to see if it could be done

I am thinking it might be possible to get a battery pack configuration that should work but I not exactly sure if it feasible or not

I was just looking at some HP elite 8300 computer that are used and the price has gone up since the last time I was looking at them on eBay really this sucks to find this out about a year ago you could find them with shipping for around $50.00 of course they have no hard drive no os might have 4 megabytes of RAM but very easy to find

Because I have a 36 volt robotic battery pack that I would like to use for its power supply for a battery operation but the one question I have is weather or not to use a buck converter from 36 volts down to 19 volts so I would have roughly 19 volts when the battery pack is out of power and the BMS board has shut down

I might buy this one for this project but unfortunately it does not include the switching power supply

Right now I just think about different ways of doing this none of this set in stone or in motion at this point in time

I know it can be done with some desktop computers because they make a power supply board that has the power to do the 3 volt rail and the 5 volt rail and the -5 volt rail and I think if I remember right it also has the -12 volt rail as well

But I forget what they call them because a couple of times I was looking for something and I saw them and for a long time I had them in my wish list on eBay but I have not seen them for quite some time now
