CPU overheating problems

Hello.

I have one problem with Turion CPU in DELL Inspiron 1546 laptop

It is shut down after minutes, and The everest show me that CPU cores are over 100 °C. Heating is OK, correctly put on CPU, GPU and other ICs.

Is it possible, thah BIOS chip is damaged, and sends more Amperes?

Or have you any tips, what may be wrong?

Open it up, and check where the heat fins meet the
fan. There's often thick layers of lint that build up there.

In my recent case, there was black electrical tape, that
hid the lint and the problem.

Removed the lint, and now works perfectly!

also make sure your fans are spinning as fast as they should

try to open the fan check if ther is dust like mat in the air vent grill,,,,if no then try to cut the fan wire of +5 volt normaly red wire, then connect it to 5 volt of USB, fan will go direct and fast,also put some silicon paste on prossessor.

Replace paste. If afterwards, it still overheats, and the fan is blowing out cool air, replace the heatsink assembly as the heatpipe's gone leaky.
