          thanks Selldoor
          I got the LINK
What i have on TPS 51125 is only 3.3 voltage which is good
but on pin 20 and pin21 0Voltage instead of 5 voltage
          where is the problem?

If you'd like me to take any readings from a working L300 GL960 board, feel free to ask. Just as long as they're not risky (i.e individual pins on QFN chips that aren't connected to nearby components)

Re: TSP 51125 fail to give 5.0voltage

I checked datasheet of tps51125. To enable outputs, pin 1 and 6 should be connected to ground by 130k resistors. In my case, EC is driving these pins through a swithcing circuit. I disconnected a transistor, it is working now. But that means i have a faulty EC.

                          Same issue with toshiba A300, I don't get the 5V at L22.
                          Replaced U27 with no luck.
System powers on and off soon after. Already replaced nec tokin capacitor.
If I disconnect Q34 I get the 5V but it powers off again.
Also I replaced U29 kbc but same issue.
                          Schematic provided.
                          Any help appreciated.

When the set came in it was dead. Fuse was open primary side and the power mosfet was shorted. So I ordered a new power supply. Now it turns on, only displays "Hitachi" and then power off red and blue led flashing.

I had to modify the 0ohm resistors in the led backlight of the new PS like the original power supply.
Is there any variants on 17IPS71 power supply's?

Capacitors of the same make/series that consistently fail in one amplifier while they rarely fail in a different make amp
                                  by Perry Babin
This is for car audio amplifiers but I doubt that matters. There are amplifiers that use the same make/series capacitor as a different manufacturer and they consistently fail in one brand. In the other they are OK. The amplifiers are from the same era. Is it possible that the heating profile used when flow-soldering the boards could be the reason for the failure? If not, any ideas on what the difference could be?
