    I Hav Dell D620 start ac adater see battery led but in window no battery icon and not start with battery alone

        Sounds like a bad battery to me.
        Slight chance of busted battery pins/connector but more likely a bum battery.
        They only last a few years.

            If you didn't check it with a meter then you don't know it's 'full'.

              Check dell website for battery recall. Maybe this will qualify for replacement.
              Laptops and computers repair.

                Dell's have the push-to-test button on their batteries and an LED indicator bar. Probably that's what he means.

                Interpret: "I have a Dell D620 (even though the thread says D610) that starts with the AC adapter and I can see the battery LED's"

                Check battery for correct voltages.

                  Battery charged + no battery icon = bad battery detection.
                  Bad battery detection can mean the LED is wrong too.

                  That's why I said if it was not checked with a meter then you don't know it's 'full'.
