The bosch part number is 1617328027. Thats actually 3 caps in one, 1 - 0.15uf and 2 at 2700pf at 250 volt, You should only need to replace it with a 0.15 uf 250 volt Polypropylene, or you can go with a higher voltage, 275, 300, 400, 600 depending on the room in the drill.Last edited by R_J; 09-27-2016, 11:09 AM.Comment

aS in the original one we have 3 legs

Maybe provide the model of the drill, I don't know how the original was hooked up so I would not know which wire to leave off etc.

They are safety X/Y caps and rated at 250 VAC so they not just any caps, they are noise suppression. Are they bad or something? DRILL will work without the caps but it will inject lots of noise into the power line.
the 0.15 is the X cap across the HOT (PHASE) and NEUTRAL.
The 2700pf Y caps, one will be between HOT and safety GND, another one will be between NEUTRAL and safety GND, these two cap are small in value so not to have lethal leakage current to the safety GND.

I am having some trouble with troubleshooting a Asus X532FL rev 2.0 motherboard, which does not power on. So at the first MOSFET, I am getting 19V at the drain, and then 3.2V on both gate and source (compared with ground). Of course, the 2nd MOSFET's source will have 3.2v at source.
First MOSFET is a QM3056M6 and 2nd MOSFET is a QM0930M3
I already checked first MOSFET and source and gate are not shorted (drain with source not shorted either). Also I have 1.7V at the LDO rail (measured at the keyboard connector, as the power button is on the keyboard).

Hi, I would like to share with you small modification to your Bosch tool 12V and 18V chargers.
You can use it for almost all Bosch chargers what I have seen, for example part numbers GAL 18V-20, GAL 18V-40, GAL 1880, GAL 18V-160, AL 1820, AL1115CV, AL1130CV.
Bosch (today also other brands using the same system like Wurth, Fein) does not care if you destroy your batteries, because they can sell you new ones. My Bosch NEXXT 500 dryer quit today, press start nothing happens and the start button just keeps blinking. Not cool. Reset the dryer, same thing.
Even so the buttons feel good, my problem was the start button smd tactile switch on the PCB. Cleaned the switch with alcohol followed with Deoxit and the sucker runs like a champ again.
I like these easy evening fixes!

Hi folks. I have a Bosch GRA53 36V lawnmower that has developed a fault and will not spin the blade.
I should say for the purposes of guiding what how you can explain things to me that that I have only modest knowledge of electronics, own a basic multimeter and soldering iron.

Tonight I broke the battery connector on the motherboard of this laptop and need to source a replacement. See pictures. The marking seems to read B6u. The sticker on the motherboard reads TCZRFN6X00230 P03AJD BA92-20746B 06 29. If someone could suggest a proper part number and source, I would be very grateful....
