Does anyone know where I can run a jumper wire to I believe its a power supply cable connector

Directly to the via (small circle) that your arrow is pointing to is what I would use to be honest.

I trust my skills however this came to me with the connector broken and glue was placed on to attempt to fix it (a kid tried to clean it) exposing the copper and soldering to it is a gamble IMO but I'll do it anyway
