I measured the voltage around CPU it's 1.37V for 3 pairs of FET...are they normal or one of them faulty ?

              The CPU is Celeron D 346 ...

                  I've been looking at:

but on PCB...it's not easy to get it....since it's BGA style soldered...and LGA775 socket is too fragile to measure directly....

It was long beep, short beep, short beep....time when I changed the crystal...but when I shut it off...it's showing 0000 again in POST diagnostic...
I tried pushing abit on southbridge chip and it's showing D3D3 on post diagnostic....
I guess I got bad join on southbridge...

                                Reflow do you reckon ?

only one time working with new crystal, beep beep beep....I recycled the power....
and it returned to 0000 again....

and I can't see 32768 Hz on any pins of the crystal...is my crystal faulty again ?
                                    how can I test a crystal ?
Can I use this one for replacing it ?

This is a very weird problem and super annoying, so if someone who has experience with this, can explain why this is happening, then I will be grateful😁
This happen usually when the laptop has been moved. from one room to another OFF charger for some hours, but has also happened when laptop has been shut down and left ON charger over night, and not moved :

I turn on the laptop normally by pressing the power button briefly, then power comes on and Power LED and Fn LED turn ON/OFF constantly (no post and no beep codes)

If I(and this is my only option at this point),...

hello. i've a ps5 edm-033 mobo w/ no power, lights, but one beep when power pressed. i've hooked to uArt and only error code is 80871001 (DDR4 No Power or Short Circuit). i have a donor board, same model, that does power up, fan spins, blue light, and beeps 3 times, then powers off. it has a botched HDMI port replacement job. so w/ the board i'm interested in, with the error 80871001, i was able to research and obtain voltages of the SSD PMIC. i've attached pictures of the provided diagram by DylanBBK (@d62 on Discord) and my voltages and picture of my board. my question is on my picture...
