PS5 EDM-033 One Beep,No Lights, No Power Troubleshooting Help

hello. i've a ps5 edm-033 mobo w/ no power, lights, but one beep when power pressed. i've hooked to uArt and only error code is 80871001 (DDR4 No Power or Short Circuit). i have a donor board, same model, that does power up, fan spins, blue light, and beeps 3 times, then powers off. it has a botched HDMI port replacement job. so w/ the board i'm interested in, with the error 80871001, i was able to research and obtain voltages of the SSD PMIC. i've attached pictures of the provided diagram by DylanBBK (@d62 on Discord) and my voltages and picture of my board. my question is on my picture highlighted with the white line is the only 3 points that show no voltage going to SSD Memory, wich should be 1.2v --- theoretically, if I were to replace the no voltage points caps with new ones, should it resolve the error of DDR4 No Power or Short Circuit? i'd like to limit my de-soldering and re-soldering of such small components and risk damaging the mobo for an attempt that wouldn't make a difference either way. btw, no shorts on power rails or any other soldering was down on the board, other than simple uArt connecting. any help would be appreciated. thanks. ps...ive also uploaded screenshots of my uArt connection(s).

Hi - I also have a PS5 EDM-010 with no power or lights, and only a single beep when power button is pressed. I believe I have measured shorts on some of the capacitors near each RAM chip. I can't remember if all measure shorts, or only half of them. I'm curious to follow your troubleshooting and see what solution you discover. I have not connected to uART so I do not have an error code to share.

On another note, the 3 beeps you mention on the other console seems to be related to NOR corruption. If the HDMI is replaceable, that might be the easier console to fix by repairing/rebuilding the NOR image, or replacing the NOR IC.
