    with necked eyes, I have no esr meter, they looks healthy no leaks or color disorders, or blowing .

        Mine looked healthy, but were bad. You might want to just replace them anyways -- it shouldn't cost much

                I picked up the Dell 2005FPW monitor at a computer show for $45. It worked for about a day or so. I found it blinking all of its front panel indicators. None of the front panel buttons, even the power button, would work. Would have to unplug to restore operations which would only last a few minutes and then the same symptoms would appear.

                Online search quickly lead me to the following posting and videos on fixing known issues with this monitor due to the bad capacitors:

                I only replaced the following caps on the power board to confirm that they were the problem; and YES indeed, it fixed it:

                C103 - 47uf 25V
                C107 - 1uf 50V

                    I am going to replace the c635 and c637 470uf 16v
                    but all I have laying around is a 470uf 35v. you think this would be fine for now?
                    I have seen people put a 470uf 25v just fine.

                        That will be fine for testing but, is it low ESR type or general purpose type.

                            Symptoms:
                            • Laptop works normally on a pre-charged battery.
                            • Battery does not charge when adapter is connected.
                            • Without battery:
                              • Laptop powers on from DC adapter, passes CPU/RAM init checks, then cuts DC power abruptly.(seems to shutdown one of the mosfets in the charger path). Then the loop continues indefinitely
                              • Speakers “pop” when power cut occurs indicating harsh sutdown.
                              • If RAM is removed, the system shows RAM missing blink error code indefinitely without cutting DC power

                            I'm currently trying to diagnose and fix my Vizio TV (Model M50-C1). I've tried a number of different basic solutions, but I'm trying to determine if my issue is currently a failing panel, T-Con board, or main board (or something else entirely) and whether or not it is worth my time to fix it. A bit of an interesting and unusual problem: as the the title suggests I have a Hisense H50N5300UK that reboots when showing fullscreen solid red images (and some other solid colours, but red generally causes the issue the fastest). I first came across the problem assuming it was an intermittent issue, but later lucked into finding out that a title sequence of a show I watch happened to trigger the reboot.

                            Hi Everyone,

                            After couple of hours playing a game i get blackscreen , i can still hear the sounds and i can move the character but the image doesnt come back until i reset the computer. I have tried running Furmark 1080p settings fullscreen for 7 hours and didnt encounter the same problem. It used to give me an error as driver not responding so i have installed only the driver itself and not the radeon software since than that message doesnt come up anymorre but i still have the same issue.                             Issue: Panel is partially dark or dimmed, left side is okay (see photos attached).

                            Trial: Replaced three visibly bad capacitors on the power supply board (see photos).

                            First result: Monitor worked for two hours only. Two capacitors bulged again.

                            Diagnosis: After replacing those capacitors the monitor was connected via HDMI cable to a laptop. Laptop was connected to power supply and charging. Power cable was removed from the laptop end and put back. Maybe this was a coincidence but since unplugging the power cable it was noted that the panel had darkened...
