    Re: Hanns-G HH251 no power

Can you make me a new photo in the area that i've marked in yellow? It seems that something is not driving the mosfet you've photographed from near, also measure the 3 pins of the little transistor near the previous, the one that has a section with "D" shape from the up.

      Re: Hanns-G HH251 no power

Cant find a datasheet for BIT3501 looks like they can be got from BITEK.COM on application form.

Looking at the post with the three pictures - the last two at the right hand side
there are two solder joints that look bad - may be just the picture but better check
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

        Re: Hanns-G HH251 no power

Tonight i was unable to test but looking around for data sheet i found something.
This is the description of bit3501:
        High Efficiency ZVS CCFL Controller
        http://www.amazon.com/Unknown-BIT3501/dp/B00DHCVY6W
        http://it.utsource.net/ic-datasheet/...1-1873408.html

This is the link to a similar psu from delta which use same architecture.
        Pdf in attach.

This other link is for a chinese supplier:

Can you test JP113 well visible in third photo in post #15? In that post it seems that you shortcircuited 5.2v pin with gnd! ..

              Re: Hanns-G HH251 no power

Thank you for posting the schematic. I am using it to trouble-shoot a ViewSonic CCFL BIT3501 based Inverter PCB.
