    Let's confirm you are measuring the DC voltage on the picofuse correctly.

    1) Put your black probe on a ground screwn.

    2) Put your red probe on one side of the picofuse? What is this reading?

    3) Put your red probe on the other side of the picofuse? What is this reading?
    My apologies, one side is 17.82V and the other is 17.83V

    Thanks for the persistent replies! Here are the readings
    #1
    E = 0.00V
    C = 17.26V
    B = 0.00V

    #2
    B = 0.00V
    C = 5.00V
    E = 0.00V

    #3
    1 = 2.12V
    2 = 0.00V
    3 = 3.30V
    4 = 5.00V

    I will check those other pins too and see what I get!

    Ohhh okay thank you. It's a 0.22Ω resistor

    Verify that you have DC voltage on pf751 (both sides) wrt to cold ground. What is reading for both?

    Okay so I replaced both of those FU9024N's and it's still having the same issue. Not even a brief flash when it powers up

    Interesting I ordered 10 of those FU9024N's, hopefully it will fix the issue!

    Re: Dell Monitor blinking LED

    That fu9024 is driven by the PWM IC, the output is Variable DC depends on the pulse width of the drive signal from the PWM IC, the wider the width the more DC feeding the Royer Oscillator, the brighter the lamps get, if the fu9024 has shorted Source to Drain, the Oscillator will run at full power (max DC feeding the oscillator, max LAMP brightness) as explained by RTECH.

    Capking sells the fu9024 (post #18). I would get a few for future Benq boards.

    Thank you very much for the replies PF751 is good

    Testing between pins C and E on Q743 and Q751, they are both shorted

    When it first turns on I don't get a flash at all

    Re: Dell Monitor blinking LED

    On many occasions,when one of the Fu9024s go short,you get a situation where the screen is totally white when you apply Power WITHOUT the On button being pressed, and then it works normally when the On button is pressed.If they test good I suspect one of the CCFLs has failed.

    Does the screen flash at all when you switch on?

    If it does then it could be one of the transformers though they dont often fail on this
    board - meter on 2000ohms check the secondary windings ( Think it is the two pins on one end there are 3 but 2 are conneted)

    If the above are all good, then you will have to check the main board and make sure that BL_ON is > 3.0V DC.
    Yes. I have fixed about 7 of these: and in most cases it was the c5707's. But, in one instance it was the FU9024. And once it also had a blown picofuse. I'm betting its one of those FU9024's you mentioned.

    Dell E6400 PT434 type Battery Charging Stuck at 1%. Battery Pinouts?
    by Bowline
    My question pertains to understanding the control circuity inside a Dell PT434 type battery used in Dell E6400, E6410 and other Dell notebooks?

    Does anyone have a circuit diagram for the inside of a Dell PT434 battery and/or a description of how the control lines work to control this battery?

    My reason for asking is I have a battery which I cannot get to charge beyond 1% in a Dell E6410 or E6400.
    The LED bar graph charge indicator on the battery shows one LED lighted when the info button is pressed.
    I have tried multiple different Dell power adapters. My Dell...

    Guide me through repairing a Dell p2210f LCD ccfl backlight monitor
    by DanPoka
    I bought this p2210f dell monitor to fix. Schematic is the same as p2210.
    Behaviour is that monitors comes on but then backlight switches off almost instantly. If I look with flashlight I can still find the "No signal message". So definitely a backlight issue. Trying to advance the issue I proved that the protection circuit is switching off the backlight by shorting out C3 and resistor to disable the INL chip then re enable by removing the short.
    This is where it gets interesting. When I disassembled the monitor to solder leads on c3 capacitor I noticed the backlight flickered...

    Help identifying voltage regulator on this concept 2 pm5 monitor pcb board?
    by artvandalai
    This Concept 2 rower pm5 monitor doesn't shut down. It keeps turning on and stays on after being turned off. I read on another forum by another user that replaced the same component to check the voltage regulator.
    The monitor should pull around 35mA when turned on and in shutdown it should drops to around 0.060mA. Any advice on finding the voltage regulator on this board to check if it needs to be replaced?

    Issues Reviving Old Dell 2408WFPb Monitor
    by Jesus Coder
    Hello everyone,

    I have been having some difficulties reviving an old Dell 2408WFPb PC monitor that I received for free. When I first acquired it, the backlights of the display were on but alas no image was showing. After extensive research on the topic, I went ahead and purchased a new t-con board for the monitor. After installing the board, I was then presented with a new screen that was half black and half green (more so black). I have been unable to figure out what to do next as I have limited knowledge of display electronics. Might anyone on this forum have an idea of what may...

    Burned Voltage Regulator in Monitor – How to Identify and Repair?
    by deep000
    My computer monitor ASUS VP249H stopped working, and smoke came out of it.
    I opened it and found that a voltage regulator had burned out.
    The problem is that I can't identify its reference.
    I searched online for schematics or photos of similar boards that people are selling, but without success (no schematics, bad quality of the board or lack of the reference when it's a good quality 😅).
    How can I find its reference, and do you think it's repairable?
    Monitor: Asus VP249H
    Board reference: 0171 - 2271 - 6083
    Thanks
