    Looking for a Fuse T4AL/250V

I've got a Monitor that's not showing any video, and I found this blown Fuse. As you can see from the photos, the board location has T4AL / 250V. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sorry, put up 2 of the same pics, here's the other one. Looking for a replacement in the US if possible.

A fuse doesn't just burn out, look for the problem that caused it to burn out.

          4A time delay 2410 (6125) package
This one for example from mouser

          Or this one https://mou.sr/3SUW2cZ

As lotas says, check what caused the fuse to blow, you may have something shorted after the fuse

m1ch43lzm lotas I understand I need to find the cause however I haven't found any shorts in the area. I asked the owner if he had any power surges he says his lights are always flickering. He's in a know area for brown outs. Currently the monitor powers on and just won’t show any video. I’ve also gone over it with a thermal cam. The pic with the red circles is what saw when I opened it, it has never been opened before I can’t find anywhere that chip belongs either. The single red circle is in the same area where I found the loose chip and is also one of the hotspots. So not sure if this could have blown the fuse.
