I've got a Monitor that's not showing any video, and I found this blown Fuse. As you can see from the photos, the board location has T4AL / 250V. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

4A time delay 2410 (6125) package
This one for example from mouser

Or this one https://mou.sr/3SUW2cZ
As lotas says, check what caused the fuse to blow, you may have something shorted after the fuseComment

m1ch43lzm lotas I understand I need to find the cause however I haven't found any shorts in the area. I asked the owner if he had any power surges he says his lights are always flickering. He's in a know area for brown outs. Currently the monitor powers on and just won’t show any video. I’ve also gone over it with a thermal cam. The pic with the red circles is what saw when I opened it, it has never been opened before I can’t find anywhere that chip belongs either. The single red circle is in the same area where I found the loose chip and is also one of the hotspots. So not sure if this could have blown the fuse.Comment

by corrizeHello, I disassembled this dead camera, and found this WTF… Two fuses soldered one above the other !
I was pretty sure nobody touched it before, but that can't be from factory. There is flux, and capacitor is probably missing.
The other weird thing : the fuses are « G » fuse : (0.75A – 8V), seems very low. The original fuse should be « O » : (32V 2,5A).
There is « O » mark beside. All fuses have the same mark letter on main board. So, I can deduce it's a « O » fuse.
And this correspond to the issus I saw : when I plug the battery, I measure the voltage dropping... -

by samtron786Hello everyone, how can you test a thermal fuse?
I don't have a sign of life as an ohm or diode
Thank you -
by jmandawgHi all,
picked up this curb alert TV. Looks like the fuse is blown, i don't have a fuse to replace is with, is it safe to short with something just to test it? There is also a burn mark in the white glue near a transistor so maybe the transistor is gone as well. Attached is a picture with the burn circled as well as the fuse that is blown.
Board is labeled as: BN44-00463A
What's my next best steps?
Thanks.... -
by jesteraceHi I wonder if anyone might be able to steer me in the right direction. I have this Samsung UE46ES8000 TV and it went bang during use. The main fuse on the PSU board is open. I've checked every diode/mosfet/transistor I can see and nothing appears to be short to cause the fuse to go. The DC output of the bridge rectifier is not short either. I've seen online that some of these models are known for having their PFC mosfet or other mosfets shorting and blowing the fuse but i'm not seeing that here. If anyone aware of these models having any issues to cause this? I'm reluctant to just replace the...
