Safe to replace G-Luxon HM with Panasonic TS-ED

A friend of mine got me to look at a 42inch lcd tv of his.
It has no power, Main fuse was gone found the source of the short that was a MOSFET in the APFC circuit.

This set has G-luxon everywhere so I put my capacitance meter on the cap after the APFC which is G-Luxon HM 180uf 450v General purpose cap with 2nf of capacity .

And my question is can I replace the

    G-Luxon HM 180uF 450v 25x35 0.85 rc At 120HZ Actual size is
    With
    Panasonic TS-ED 220uF 450v 30x35 1.42 rc 0.603 ESR At 120HZ 0.271 At 10khz
hope the Panasonic is not too tall.

The caps you listed look like they're the same height, but the Panasonic is fatter, which may or may not be a concern depending on where it has to fit.

Panasonic has TS-ED 180uF 450V in two sizes:

    EET-ED2W181CA is 25mm x 40mm
    EET-ED2W181BA is 22mm x 50mm

(part numbers are is for the Low ESR version)
