hp 4545s, dmitool not work, how to inject product info in bios

Hello.
Have this hp 4545s that have bad bios flash. After flash with rom from hp it have no product info. try to launch dmitool but it not work. so how to inject product info in bios? or i need other dmitool version?

MPN is not unlocked. Will not be able to set BIOS settings.
Please escalate with UUID to get SMC blob to unlock MPM

This error I get with a 6570b and 840 G1.
