    Changing capacitance / voltage

    Hi all

I need to replace some 1500uF/6.3 V and 1500uF/10V. I haven't been able to find new ones with the exact same specs. I could get 2200 uF/6.3 or 10V (Panasonic FC), which some forum members have said are pretty good. I haven't asked about 1800uFs, but maybe they stock them.

What do you suggest? There are still some places where I could try to find caps more similar to the original ones, but I could get the 2200uFs from a reputable store, and for a very low price, too.

    Thank you

there is no problem to increase capacitance just dont decrease voltage.

      Thank you for answering.

Yes, the shop has a website. It's www.victronics.cl
I don't know if they'll ship worldwide though. If you need help with Spanish just let me know.

for mobo/psu you can use 6.3v in place of 10v.
those are used on +5 and less.
you need 16v for any on the +12
