I found two capacitors on the board and one of the leads on one capacitor had bad soldering joint and the other joint connections not much better and there were several soldering joints that way to much flux around the joint redid several of them
The capacitors were a non brand that I did not recognize they got replaced and now it does not oscillating between relay but what concerns me a little bit is when the voltage is a little bit low the output voltage is around 130 volts and then drops down to 115 volts this happens around 105 to 108 volts if remember correctly
Now the eBay seller had in the description that the high voltage light was lighting that was the reason I checked it on my auto transformer and slowly brought up the voltage so I could see what the seller was talking about I did not see the high voltage light coming on until it reached around 130 volts then came on at this voltage but what I did find when checking it was that when the voltage was very low it was not working correctly which I did fix with the two new capacitors and re-soldering some of soldering joints that looked questionable
I will take some pictures if needed but to put this circuit board in is a pain in the neck because the connection wire are heavy gauge wire and they are barely long enough to begin with and a lot of them plug into the three relays
I have repaired several of the lower wattage versions which are more a pain in the neck to do than this one was
