MSI mpg b560m bazooka motherboard RSMRST# signal missing

I have MSI mpg b560m bazooka motherboard . this motherboard RSMRST# signal missing . i already reprogram bios but same condition

My Motherboard this power stages are ok ...but 3vsb voltage have 4.17v (image added)

VCCRTC ok
RTCRST# ok
ATX_5VSB ok
SIO_3VA ok
3VDSW ok
DPWROK ok
SLP_SUS# ok
VSB_ENABLE# ok
5VDUAL ok
3VSB showing 4.17V
PCH_1P8_VSB ok
PCH_VCCIN_AUX ok
RSMRST# No voltage

this all voltages are ok but RSMRST# voltage is missing i did try to re program bios and change io but same...

Hello I Have a same problem ..... but my this usb ports not working . usb 5v are ok I already removed esd all protectors in my motherboard and reprogram bios but still comming usb over current detected message and this 2 usb ports are notworking ...anyone have solution...

i have a same problem and same motherboard .... i all ready remove all esd protectors and reprogram bios . still not solve this problem what is the solution?...

19V power rail ok
charging ic AC Ok out voltage present
3 and 5V ok
io chip RSMRST# voltage out ok
bios 8 pin 3.3v not present
battery charging light present

when press power key ram voltage come and 0

charging light showing but motherboard not power on
