Capacitance and voltage of tantalum?
I have a tantalum capacitors with indicators EB 21 that measures only 22pF. See attached picture.
Since this is a windmeter that is normally in a very high mast I would like to get the correct replacement capacitor.
Is there somebody that can tell me what the capacitance and voltage of this capacitor are?
I don't feel confident that I can figure this out myself after searching around

Hi
I have a Lenovo 530 14ikb i5 8th gen motherboard and it fails to start Windows: it normally dies after I try to load Windows. Getting into bios screen works fine.
Made some measurements and I suspect that there is to much ripple on the 2 Vcore coils.
What is normally the maximum ripple allowed on say any of the power supplies? A few %??
The ripple is on both Vcore as outlined in red in attached photos.
Could be a bad driver?

What are typical ripple voltages on a laptop motherboard?
I have here a HP pavilion hp 15-cs2975nd with a 1.095v power supply that is driven by a FDMF3035. I do see about 80mV of ripple on my scope. I searched through the datasheet to find possible values of the ripple but I don't understand the datasheet well enough.
So I have two questions:
1) what is the typical ripple voltages of gpu/cpu on a laptop or pc mobo?
2) what would be the max ripple of a FDMF3035 that drives an output of 1.095V?
Would be nice to have a rule of thumb of say a percentage of the supply voltage to be an acceptable ripple voltage.... -

From what I now understand the kbc fetches the bios image of the kbc from the Winbond chip via spi. I do have a NM-B911 with the same IT8227 kbc that shows no clock.Leave a comment:

I don't get a clock on the bios chip U0901 clock pin and also not on pin 105 of the KBC IT8227E.
The strange thing is that the led near the power button goes on when the powerbtn is pushed.
Is IT8227E toasted for sure or is there another way to test IT8227E kbc?Leave a comment:
