    Gigabyte Z490 Gaming X Motherboard No VCORE Voltage

    i have Gigabyte Z490 Gaming X Motherboard .it has a power on no display fault .. no vcore voltage and debug led stuck CPU LED .

    VCCIO voltage ok
    VCCSA Voltage OK
    VCCPLL Voltage OK
    Ram Voltage ok
    RamVTT OK
    VPP 2.5 OK

    But No Core Voltage

    and i want to this vrm ic datasheet or pinout (ISL69269)
    anyone have this ic pinout voltages?

    Hi, Did you manage to repair it by replacing the phase controller? I have the same fault, but I believe it is not the ISL69269 at least on mine.

      ISL69269 is a programmable device, exchanging it without transferring the device config will result in no vcore again, the device will not work. Vcore is the last power starting in the power sequence, check first if all other powers are coming up, often the reason for no vcore is other power not starting before. Check vccio, vccsa and ram powers.

      Look also fir any missing smds, shorted caps, or burned low ohm resistors in the vrm network, this might also prevent vcore from starting.

      I have written some post here about ISL69269 and similar programmed vrm controllers, look for it if you need to transfer the config.
