People here have indicated that this is a reliable seller, though I would never use him because I saw a while back very convincing fakes of Panasonic FC.

Press at the bunge with your fingertip. Does it give easily or is it hard and firm?

Panny FC are usually blue with gold text, not black (at least in smaller sizes), although most of his other caps (even his panny FCs) look genuine.

EDIT: He does say, though that the pictures "only display of goods" and "does not have any other significant". I think he means that they are for illustrative purposes only and may not be of the actuall caps you recieve.

        Digikey: http://search.digikey.com/scripts/Dk...name=P10335-ND

        $2.39 each + $2.56 First Class Mail = $12.12

The ones on eBay are new "old stock" - he probably bought them at 20 cents each from some distributor that forgot about these on the shelves for 2-3 years. The age could explain the different colors.

Even on digikey, you can buy 100 at 1.5$ a piece and make a profit selling them at 7$ for two pieces (plus about 1$ from shipping costs profit) so it wouldn't surprise me, they look original to me.

Panasonic's (older) should have a dark red, heat stamped code running along the side.

I bet its not gonna tell you anything if i say i bought them there.
I'm in Poland and its like ebay.(ebay couldn't get any market-share here, allegro crushed them , in 2008 dude who started allegro sold it for 1,5 billion Euro to south afrikan naspers )

It's hard and firm(that's what she said?), can't really press it.

That seems to be the case, cause mine have that.

You're suggesting that they were once blue? LOL Or that capacitors from years back had natural black color?

                I am suspicious.

Unless this is a new manufacturing twist, FC's were(are) dark blue with gold striping. That looks like what an FM series should be. The [M] also looks "off".
All the other hallmarks -look- correct.

That being said, I've seen are enough variations in these coming from reputable distributors, it's really tough to be sure.

Acording to the pictures some of the high voltege fc series are black.
I don't really know whats up with that.
Maybe its an industrial fc series or something...

                    Re: Panasonic FC 2200uF/50V

the other thing that concerns me somewhat is that the sleeves look like they are pulled too far over the top. On all my pannies (both FC and FJ), they don't extend that far inwards from the edge.

FC are list as body color: black blue ;marking color: gold .
I'm going to say they are real.
If you have an ESR meter you could compare them against the FC datasheet.

ok guys just checking in. i don't have an ESR meter but it turned out, they had a SRS SR720 - LCR Meter, at my work and i checked their capacity
they'r over 2700 uF at 10khz so it turns out that these pannies fc are legit
oh and one more thing heat stamps on side says: 32YV or 32YY

Hello! yes I know there is already lots of information about this issue. I have a Panasonic TC-P55ST50 that originally displayed an 8-blink error code. Following the troubleshooting flowchart, I ended up replacing the SS board. However, even after replacing it, the issue persists. The TV turns on and stays on without displaying an image, and continuity is confirmed on all connectors. What am I missing here🤔?
Ok Im a mechanical engineer ...but I thought I was able to follow a rather simple flowchart for electric troubleshooting 😂.

Hello. I am asking you for a hint on how to solve the problem with my touchbook Panasonic CF53-2 standart model. After setting up the BIOS, the laptop displays the wrong image until Windows loads. (More precisely, it displays, but distorted, instead of the Panasonic image immediately after turning it on, it displays what is in photo #1 in the attached file) Then the image appears when Windows starts loading and then there are no problems with the screen until the reboot. If you enter the BIOS, just a black screen. If you connect an external screen, the image on it is the same as on the built-in...

                            Good day,

I have tried to remove BIOS supervisor password from Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 mk1. Model number CF-33AENABTG, unfortunately I don't have any other info.

I read the BIOS using afuwin, edited it and tried to flash new edited BIOS using afuwin. Unsuccessfully. Afuwin showed "Error: Problem erasing flash." starting with 0x00040000 and stoped. Then I tried many other options to flash BIOS from Windows without any luck. Finally i rebooted the device - and no post. Afterwards I have read the corrupted bios chip (MX25L12873F) using EZP2010 programmer....
