Recently I had gone to get my laptop serviced however the repair shop bricked my system and now has told me that the ec Kb9028q-c was not working properly, they plan on replacing it but they don't have the program that needs to be flashed onto the new chip. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could share this file with me, I've mentioned other details that I found important below:

- ps the laptop was not turning on after servicing, no light for power and display wasn't on either. (I don't use this site so I apologise for breaking etiquette)

MSI Provides the EC firmware on their website. Your repair shop should be capable of finding this and flashing it, otherwise you might want to find a different one.

From the description of the issue, I'm guessing that it was a failed BIOS update through Windows Update, especially if you interrupted it (why does Windows have to force BIOS updates right when you need to use your PC?...)
It could also be a corrupted EC firmware, as it's packaged within the BIOS file but updated separately

Look at the picture of the motherboard you posted and in the first post what model you wrote..you wrote that the laptop is called MSI and that's it...and Thin GF63 12VE, that is the model...that's not written anymore..you don't even give the data correct and complete but you want a functional bios...we are working like crazy here...
