That is a Chinese Software named "维修伴侣"( "Repair Patner" ) . It would be best to search for it online using its Chinese name. It isn't easily accessible to everyone. The only way to obtain the software resources is to purchase an account from a vendor. It's expensive, and I don't recommend it. I recommend another Chinese repair software called "XZZ" instead. It can be downloaded directly from the official website and offers a free VIP trial period. However, XZZ contains fewer schematics than Repair Partner. Some schematic resources were leaked from the "XZZ"...Leave a comment:

You should check the operating conditions of the controller IC and BUCK IC to see if they're satisfied. The PWM voltage is a steady 1.5V, so it looks like the PWM output of the control IC is set to high-impedance tri-state or mid-state , and the BUCK IC will be in standby mode in this case. At least that's how it is with MPS ICs. Here are MSI Z390 A-PRO Schemetaic and BoardView Files :Leave a comment:

It's really hard to find exact Schematic and BoardView diagrams In Internet . It often depends on luck and when the motherboard was produced. Luckily, we can make things easier on ourselves by finding similar schematics. If the numbers on the boards are similar, it means they're more alike in how they're designed and fewer differences they will have. For instance, a component is installed on MB A but not on MB B. The component on A is one type, but it'll be a different type on B. The difference between them will be quite small. So, thoses similar schematics will bring us a lot help .🧐...Leave a comment:
