I am stuck with LOGO philips on this TV. "autorun.upg" does nothing.
After power up, shows logo "philips" then it turns off backlight and logo(black screen).If I try to turn it off with remote red led blinks and turns on, so I supose it really turns off.
someone point me to right direction for download upgrade loader to try it? :-)

To reset the settings to factory settings if the TV does not turn on.

It is necessary to unplug the plug from the socket, press the joystick behind the TV down, insert the plug into the socket, and after two blinks of the indicator, release the joystick. These steps will bring up the factory reset menu.

The upgrade loader is a bit to big to place here ( zipped 460Mb) if you know a way I can send it to you please contact me.

download this QN141E _012.003.086.128 (Date published: 2018-01-09) and install to get your tv back.

I already tried this with joystick...nothing.
