Ok thanks. Just to be super sure, I will use the virgin bios on your post 68/67. And will copy 632000-633000 DMI info from my BIOS to your virgin bios between 632000-633000 and flash my chip. Sorry for my extra posts. Also if I just use only virgin bios on your post to flash my bios chip, would I have any problems except missing DMI info shown on BIOS screen? Thanks

Ok. But I assume post no 67 has the bios (virgin bios) and also same post indicates "DMI 632000 - 633000" ranges, is that right?...

Ok, I will extract current bios running on the machine (no lan, no audio and tpm but working windows installation - the machine currently posting this machine). And will include model, motherboard, type here. Currently I am at a cafee working remotely so it may take 2-3 hrs to get back to home. Also I will send photos of pcb and original package to ensure if authenticity is required.
Thanks...

Philips 40 PUK6809/12 Backlight turns off after 10-20 seconds
Hello
Mother called and said TV turns off after switching on. So after turning on Philips logo shows and probably 10-20 seconds image disappears, sat receiver is connected and sound is heard from source. So I turned on my phones light and I can see the image it seems backlight was off after some time. I dis assembled the cover hoping to see a distinc cap blown or leakage. Here are photos I took (I was after 22:00 pm and maybe some of them are dark). Should I order and change caps on the power circuit or what would you recommend? Thanks...

Hello,
As the unlucky thread starter brief/quick summary:
1) Tried to change Intel virtualization technology settings from BIOS, after changing setting device bricked (did not remove case or changed any hardware on device)
2) Took to a shop and they replaced Bios rom and flashed a new/empty rom with no mtm and serial number and they did not provide old bios. I was just happy for a working device/laptop.
3) But after this, TPM 2.0 module, Wired LAN device, Sata device and Audio Chip (no audio) is no longer recognized from OSes (windows/linux).
what I ask for:...

Modding, adding usb/c audio pcb to laptop with faulty sound card/chip, Lenovo L340
Hello
After months of trying I gave up my laptops sound card. I plan to solder a sound card on pcb inside my laptops case, probably connecting to usb ports inside. Do anyone has an experience to recommend pcb type audio/sound card suitable installing inside a laptop? Probably should have some type of amplifier for connecting to internal speakers ( speakers ).
Thank youHello

Hello Lukosiukas
I have a similar problem. After I launched Bluestacks (an android emulator) it gave an error about hyperthreading and shorttime later i had a bluescreen. then i got into bios and changed some settings (nothing i remember that is excessive, netherless laptop bioses dont have many settings that may brick your device). after i saved settings it went off and did not start, no picture or backlight etc. because i am a mobile software developer and was working on an app i had no time to give it to lenovo shop. i brought the device to...

Lenovo L340-15IRH Type 81LK Gaming/IdeaPad BIOS Problem
Hello,
3 weeks ago when I launched MEMU (android emulator for windows) it complained about virtualization is disabled and gave me bluescreen. I turned off the device and booted to bios from windows advanced startup. I changed a couple and settings and boom! black screen. Not the typical one, no backlight, windows doesnt start (no hdmi output etc), it just bricked. Didn't want to wait for lenovo so i gave it to a local shop. He said bios is corrupt and flashed a new one. After i got the device i found out that my second hdd is not detected. I thought it may be damaged and ordered...

Re: Sony Bravia KDL-40W5500 - 14 blinks problem
Sorry, messed measurements. There is no NC (as intended).
First main capacitor C6501 is around 308V
Then measurements for CN6154 pins (All other boards connected to IP1 power board, measurements of CN6154 from IP1 side) as a attached table.
Inverter error fluctuates around 3.3V, when AC plug connected to grid, again fluctuates around 3.3V when TV is turned on, after TV shuts itself and error red led starts blinking, it statys around 3.3V for 1-2 sec then quickly gets down to 0V and...

Re: Sony Bravia KDL-40W5500 - 14 blinks problem
Is it normal to have a resistance reading between HV Transformer windings? I got:

EY6618-EY6619 0.5 Ohm and shortcircuit buzzing in short circuit mode
EY6700-EY6701 30 Ohms no shortcircuit buzz
EY6702-EY6703 30 Ohms no shortcircuit buzz...
