Thanks Iotas I will proceed soon! Is there a special procedure with neoprogrammer?

        No, everything is the same.

          For Lotas:
basically you get the first FFF bytes from a dump of same BN41 board code and insert it into the broken dump? Is this because the rest of dump has some data unique for that model/revision? (same model code can have different panel maybe..)

          For the rest:
can you check please if you have two components at the very first input of the power board named SA00x and if those are shorted 0 ohms? thanks..

It all depends on the software version, if the firmware has been updated over the network or via USB, then the data also changes in this 25Q40 and a dump with the old software version will no longer work. The diagonal of the panel does not play a role here...

Take a photo from both sides and show what the components are?

ok but from where do you get the correct header without knowing the actual firmware version?
you have all versions dump and you compare the sane part?

Hi, you must put original dump in original eprom, it may be fully ok, my doubt the other one spi flash, the one that contains tcon software, or the tcon power section, or the SOC bga balls, save the other flash, 25x80, write in the one from new board, or get the correct one from some site..

For you: can.you read the content of the 24c eprom and post it here?
For Lotas: do you have info on version numbers of your bin?
i think it can be check the version on the very bottom of settings eprom bin. This is what i remeber, sorry if i'm wrong..

....Maybe there's a newer or older version that Lotas does not have...(?)

TO EVERYBODY HERE IN THIS THREAD: i suggest you to check the power supply board if you have the 2 surge absorber SAxxx shorted and must be replaced.. i think without this the problem can to present itself again..

Write down in detail how you did everything, how you recorded it, what you set in the program, what program you used, and read and post the dump from the chip that you have already recorded...

I have just realised my mistake . I loaded the .rar file instead of the extracted one🙄. More haste less speed ,I will try again later.

Sadly, the firmware file must have a .bin extension.

Yes, they are set correctly and they need to be written to the chip, this is done after recording the dump.

Unfortunately it doesn't work, now the standby LED stays on, and when I try to turn on the TV it flashes but it can't start. I tried 2 or 3 times to write the firmware but the result doesn't change

This suggests that the dump you posted was not original, the dump was not written correctly, or something else was wrong...
