Well not sure if I screwed something up but when putting the diffusers back in there was some moisture between 2 of the panels. So I grab a microfiber and went to dry it up but then it looked like it was taking some coating off with just water. I thought maybe it was nicotine, so once I did one spot I had to do the rest because of the way it looked. Really had to do the wax on wax off to get it back presentable. Is there a coating that should just come off with water?

by eccerr0rWell, due to my grid tie inverter not accepting high voltages, and the fact that the lions in my solar panels are 36V (72-cell) I think I need to stick with 72-cell.
However I have a few smaller panels that are 36, 32, and two 30-cell. The 36 and 32 together run at 75% efficiency (and subtract more with additional inefficiencies) when running in parallel with the 72-cell panels. The kicker is that the two 30s... generate 0% power when connected in parallel(!)
So now what to do with these small panels?
I could sell them...
Or I could shim them.... -
by V3dranHello,
I'm trying to repair a UE50NU7022KXXH with a cracked diffuser/lpg and now also with burned leds
There are 4/5 white spots on the bottom that are not visible since the left side is dark now so I want to change the diffuser/lpg
Looking the samsung spare parts, I see that there is a DIFFUSER PLATE and a LPG so I'm wondering what is really broken?

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....-

by tongshadowI got this set for very cheap, it works perfectly but the catch is that the protective coating was damaged. About 45% of the screen had a green tint, you can see exactly where the layer changed colors to a blueish tone (that actually makes everything green).
"Ok, that's probably just the anti-glare layer" - I thought. So using a microfiber cloth and automotive metal polish I was easily able to turn it into a nice mirror.
Unfortunately, the damage was beyond this layer and everything still had a horrible green tint. I initially... -
by rumi409 Hi,
I'm trying to resurrect a LG OLED C1 TV that has some panel banding. I used the TCON error bypass to get a picture. I was able to update the firmware as well. But when I performed a pixel cleaning to try to get the banding out, it made the image significantly worse. I tried to undo the effects of the pixel cleaning by performing a factory reset and IN_Stop, but that didn't work. Any way to reset pixel cleaning data?...1 Photo - Loading...
