I tried selling boards, but not interested in providing a testing service, and losing money on shipping. I have so many boards that I need to get rid of. I am thinking of posting them as " non-functioning for parts only". Reducing profit, but also headaches. And in description that they are not physically damaged and most likely in working order, just untested.
I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

I have been offered loads of smashed screen sets for free some even 4k i have been turning them down, i would guess power and mainboards would be fine too re sell, stands/remotes always sell, like you say i may start collecting them build a supply and word add like you say (they are not physically damaged and most likely in working order, just untested)
I have just been offered another 42 lg smart tv with stand and remote im not sure whats wrong with it collecting in the morning (add said screen not damaged) only 10 mins away from my home.

Best way I have found is take a picture of the broken screen with picture of it powered up clearly showing damaged screen.
Then clearly state in description sold as spares or repairs as unable to fully test.
Understandably people are suspicious of anyone just selling a potentially non working board without board seen working. Where as someone who makes the effort of showing at least part functionality of the TV will likely certainly get a better response from selling it.
I regularly sell untested boards on ebay from TV screens broken as spares or repairs clearly stating unable to fully test as unable to see the screen image. If your honest with your details and you have good feedback then buyers can be reassured that the boards will be good. A small percentage will not be 100% but if you price that accordingly then you will have buyers for them.
The key thing is how quick do you wish to shift them and price them accordingly!

I must say this is a little off topic! OH well Happy Christmas
I hope you all have a Great New Year

Before this problem , the TV stuck the picture with artefact , i unplug the AC cable and since the tv is stuck in standby .

All voltage are OK on PSU and main board for regulator. I tried flash firmware 25Q64 with many dumps

But the voltage on power button is 0.6V not 3.3V. When i press power button the voltage up to 0V. I tried to add 5V with Power Supply on 5V_STB and 3.3V on Power...

Hello to all friends of the forum and well found, here I am asking for your help and sorry for my translated English.

As per Hisense tv title LTDN50K220WSEU stuck in standby
          PSU rsag.820.5687 HLL 4855WF
          Main rsag 7.820.5842
I enclose the psu diagram, after the first routine checks I find myself with a regular standby voltage of 3.3v blue light on steady when the power button is pressed nothing happens, psu disassembled and bench checked ... forced ignition by sending a signal 3 , 3v on the SW and PWM2 pins the psu turns on and delivers all the voltages...

LG 32LB1R - stuck in standby mode
          by lego1234567
Hi. I have the following problem with my TV. After connecting to mains, the standby led (red) turns on, but TV is not responding to remote control or buttons on TV. After some measurements, I found out that +5 V standby voltage is present, but I dont have ON/OFF signal coming in to turn PSU on. It stays at zero volts. After looking at the schematic of the mainboard, I should get ON/OFF signal coming in at the R1402 resistor, but it stays around +3,5 V. So I removed it and I was able to turn on TV with buttons on TV, but not with remote control.

What could be the problem ? Thanks...

          by Rusenga
Hi techs, I have a Samsung ua39eh5003r which switches on and then goes to standby. I have to wait for a day or two for the tv to switch on again, all the time it is stuck on standby. I have checked the voltages on the power supply board on both occasions when it is on and off and these are my findings:

          Connector CNM803:
          TV ON
          Pin1,3,4,5(Vamp),7(Vamp)- 12.6V; Pin2(PWM_DIM)- 0.96v; Pin6(BLU_ON/OFF)- 4.41v; Pin8,9,10- grnd; Pin11,12,13- 5.16v; Pin14(Power ON/OFF)- 3.3v

          TV OFF
          Pin1,3,4,5(Vamp),7(Vamp)- 12.6V; Pin2(PWM_DIM)- 0.06v; Pin6(BLU_ON/OFF)-...

When the Main board is disconnected, the back lights are off but tapping on the chassis makes them light up and all voltages are then good. Connecting the main board up makes the TV work normally until moved. LED INERFACE STRIP BN41-01971A has a short on the first 2 pins on the left of the picture, the cable tests good. All the other pins and all LED strips test good. Is there an easy way to fix the short or do I need a new interface. Any help would welcome.
