1- When some one here describe his profile as professional.. our answer to him and suggestion will be on level of trouble shooting and testing different from any other who are new as technician.
Back to the highlight i remarked on your post.

A- Damage socket on Original T-CON will tell why you have just for 1 minute screen after you heated the original T-CON.
any damage to ribbon socket will cause 90% damage to the ribbon cable silver pins. & possibility damage to the panel it self if there are swiped pins ( the first 4 pins or more ) which transfer VCC to the panel.

B- there are no need to power ON or using the original T-CON on the set.. put yours ORG. T-con on your work table and solder the SPI Chips out, and replace it on the new T-CON. of course you can make dump of it before you put it on the new boards.

      mores i cant explain.

Video there on procedure, chip has quite a few pins, so if you are not up to snuff on soldering technique, better practice on some junk boards, also plenty of soldering how tos on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jg4_nn3nBzs

HP Elitebook Screen blank - backlights but no image

          Hi guys
I'm trying to fix this laptop screen

Basically the owner is a computer shop and they brought it to me with two screens. They said the repair shop they use could not fix it, so I thought i would try to see if I am better than their current repairer!

OK so I have the original screen which works but has lines across the bottom quarter of the screen

I have the replacement screen, which they fitted and it worked. They then put the laptop on one side for a couple of weeks until they found a buyer. When they showed it to the buyer, the screen would...

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
          by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

TCL 50S535 bad tcon or panel issue?
          by x_orange90_x
Just bought this for 10 bucks yesterday hoping to fix it. The guy said water dropped inside from a dehumidifier hose and it started showing black and white vertical bars then went blank. When I got it home and turned it on it came on fine and displayed correctly but I was noticing faint vertical bars in the image. After a little bit I turned it off and back on and it was a black screen again. I opened it up to check for water damage and corrosion but didn't find anything of the sort. I cleaned the ribbons anyway and reconnected them but still got a blank screen. If I disconnect the right side...

Macbook Air M2 A2681 Kernel panics after screen replacement
          by reformatt
Just had a customer bring in a M2 MBA A2681 that had had a screen replacement in April at another repairer. Since then, she has been getting intermittent kernel panics. It's an aftermarket screen, and of course it fails in diagnostics as the calibration hasn't been done. The error in the panic log is "No device added after powering on the rails".

It seems the original repairer has swapped the board and the screen to other MAC's, and said that it isn't a screen issue. From what I understand, by doing a quick search on Google, this is in fact a screen issue. The panic relates...
