Samsung UN55KU6300FXZA Version CJ05 Black Screen W/BL On

    Hello Everybody, and good morning!
got this TV last night, I plugged it in and the backlight comes on. It won't turn off, no response pressing the power button other than a brief single flash of the red led and that's it. there is a double row header on the power supply that is going to the logic board, I can't find a pin ledger for that header but I have 12 volts going to the logic board on the top row of pins, 6 pins and the four middle pins all read 12volts to chassis ground. A shot in the dark seems like a firmware issue and I keep telling myself I need to tool up for flashing.

That's a good place to start if it will auto update, can you do a factory reset also?

Check and see if you have the legend of the voltages on the bottom/underside
        of the powerboard.

I need ideas On these double row connectors, what can I use to probe beside the wires in the backside of where the wires go into the connectors? I need to be able to sample bottom row of pins while the power board is plugged with all wiring harnesses attached.

Small backprobes, I use stripped down bred ties in a pinch.

1- remove the PWB and upload Photo over here of the back side.. same you can look on the table voltage which most time printed downside.
2- as the BL come on and 12 V reach MB, trace if you have 5.V on any of USB sockt.. also take look on the optical output sockt on MB if its red LED on or off.

Please upload better focused pictures of the boards, I can faintly see the pinout chart, if you look at the pictures and you cannot read anything on the board then we cannot read them either so loo at the pictures before uploading them, we do not have the TV in front of us to look at so to do remote troubleshooting we need good clear pictures.
The connector pinout chart is right by the heatsink with 4 devices mounted on top.
What is the power supply board P/N? BN44-??????
The connector pins are setup as ODD and EVEN column, the exposed pins you see on the top side are ODD number pins, the EVEN number pins will have to access them from the wire entrance of the connector or from the bottom side of the board.
Also inspect connector on both ends of the cable between power supply board and the main board.

I've been gone for most of the afternoon, we are getting ready for some serious boat racing... When I get in later this evening I'll get on this, thanks for your replies, you guys are so helpful. I just love this place, its insane!!!

I did look on the back side of the power board for a pinout, and didn't see one but I found one on the front side almost in the middle of the board so i have a starting point to look at.

                    by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and

                    Hello,

YouTube video of the problem encountered: https://youtube.com/shorts/q7TLNv36LUo

I am a pro and I have a problem that I have never seen despite my 7.5 years of experience on my own and my thousands of repairs, on a customer's Dell G3 15 3500.

On this PC I have already changed the complete palmrest because the keyboard was no longer working properly.

I also changed the screen because the PC fell and the screen was broken.

I changed the battery with a new and original battery.

I also had corrosion/oxidation on the...

                    Problem

This is an LG edge LED lit LCD Display. The LEDs are on the bottom edge of the display. There are 2 bars (left and right) Each bar has many LEDs and a 6 pin connector. Each pin drive several LEDs thus is the highest current flow / heat junction. The weak lead free solder gradually fails with thermal expansion/contraction cycling and increases resistance. PSU will compensate up to a point, then when the current is too high, PSU just shut down the backlight causing a dark display. I have even seen one which the connector just fell off as solder points became completely detached....

                    Hello,
I have my TV model UE50KU6070 which I am trying to repair.
                    BN41-02528A / BN94-10800C motherboard.
If I disconnect the motherboard from the power board, the backlight works. When the motherboard is connected the backlight works but the screen remains black.
When I plug the TV into the electrical outlet, the standby LED lights up but no reaction to an attempt to start it with the remote control for about 1 minute. During this minute the TV consumes about 20W.
After one minute the consumption drops to 0W and the TV can turn on with the remote control but...
