Possible bad T-Con board on Samsung UN50H6400?

The TV shows no picture but the backlight works fine. I disconnected the left ribbon cable from the t-con board and nothing changed. When I disconnected the right ribbon cable, I got an image on that side when powering on the TV.

I got 12.78v from the fuse on the t-con board (tested when both ribbon cables where connected, and when only one ribbon cable was connected).
The LED1, LED2, and LED3 turn on and stay on when the right ribbon cable is disconnected. Thats when I can see the menu on the screen.
When both ribbon cables are connected, LED3 flashes once then turns off.

Anyone have any other suggestions to try before make I get a replacement t-con board?

T-con board model no. is T500HVN09.1 CTRL BD 50T26-C03

Sounds like the problem on the tab bonding board, the board between T-CON and the Glass LCD panel. It can be as simple as bad MLCC on the tab bonding board.

Bad panel but there is a workaround with the tape cutoff method on the bad side.

Yep, try tape first, little demo there, sometimes need to play with size and location of tape, there's more in English, the one I was showing had the guy adjusting ribbons while tv is on, which can cause problems so I used this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ug7FsUSQpfY
