The TV shows no picture but the backlight works fine. I disconnected the left ribbon cable from the t-con board and nothing changed. When I disconnected the right ribbon cable, I got an image on that side when powering on the TV.

I got 12.78v from the fuse on the t-con board (tested when both ribbon cables where connected, and when only one ribbon cable was connected).
The LED1, LED2, and LED3 turn on and stay on when the right ribbon cable is disconnected. Thats when I can see the menu on the screen.
When both ribbon cables are connected, LED3 flashes once then turns...

I'm a new member that have lurked here whenever I first tried to repair some free broken monitors. They all had bad caps and was an easy fix although the soldering was barely good enough. Hope to learn a few more things along the way
