Sorry for the Finally did all readings with one of my Flukes and here they are:
CN201-
1 & 2 = 5.2v
6 &7 = 0v
8 =0
9 = 0
10 =0
11 =~ .01~.03V
using hot gnd:
C120 = 169vdc off - 305vdc on
jp113 = .12 off - 14.5v on
jp116 = 16.7v off - 21v on
ON = led lit - OFF = led off

Go back to the original thread and post your result there and just delete this thread. It is hard to keep track with two threads for the same TV.Never stop learning
