KDL-46EX523 Power Supply Board

Happy New Year!!
Woke up and started more troubleshooting on the Sony Bravia.
In a totally different post, I mentioned no power.Tested fuse soldered onto power supply board at the bottom right of
the picture and now its reading bad.Not sure how I missed it,but this is what I found.Are these pretty straightforward to
replace? Are these sold with the wire soldered on both ends?

But what caused it to blow?

So did you replace the fuse or what?

Are you showing that now you have 12vDC at CN601?
