Samsung un55ku6500fxza no picture, backlight glow.

Working on a un55ku6500fxza. Plug in - screens "Smart TV" for a few seconds. Screen and backlight go off. Only backlight comes on. Does not respond to button on back.

So i think we can safely say that power supply/backlight leds/t con are all good.

Anyone have any insight on this model? Kinda feels like a main board/firmware issue but it is not giving me much to go on.

The only thing i have found is a youtube video where he bridges the t con fuse, but he doesn't not get the Smart TV screen. So i dont see that icon fuse being the issue. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtQON6amnck

Test connector from mainboard to powerboard on powerboard side with all boards hooked up, test with tv plugged in but off then hit power, report both conditions here, give pin number, pin description/name and condition both off and when you hit power on. So we can see all the voltages and what they are doing. Try to do test just as instructed, example in second link below if needed.

Please upload good clear pictures of the whole back side of the TV showing all the boards so we can see what we are dealing with.
What is the P/N of the power supply board?
We need pictures of the connector of the power supply that goes to the main board so we can see the pin label which you will need to take the Voltage reading for each pin, make sure to put down pin name and follow by the Voltage reading so we can easily see what is there and not there.
"Does not respond to button on back" That does sound like the main board is locking up. Does it have WiFi card that you can disconnect to see what will happen?

Ok sounds like a plan. Just got started on it so i dont even have it torn down yet. I would imagine it has a wifi card since it does netflix and what not.
