IGBT data

I need some data on a IGBT device 2PG043 but so far not been able to find anything online.

Does anyone have any info on this device?

I think the TO220 version of the DG302 will replace it but without any specification it is hard to say for sure.

The only datasheets I can find are for the 2PG009 and the 2PG011
