Yes, same as mentioned above. Sometimes 206V or 210v. As quoted below.
"I have voltage only on 1 - D+ and 2 D+, When i switch the tv on voltage goes up to 221 the comes down to 218 on these two connections. I have no voltages on other pins."

What's the fix?? That post was not fix. Same here I replaced the leds but it keep on blowing up...

Hi diif,
I used same 3v led, 3528 2835 1W. There is an a 8 leg IC close to CNL802, I am wondering if that is a led driver IC?

Some LEDs have the anode and cathode switched around, did you check you have the correct ones ?
What's the markings on the IC ?

I tested the LEDs using my backlight tester. All strips / led are good prior to installing. IC appears 421 3013x 8609. That's the marking.

Its a Octal, 8-Bit Voltage Out DAC, not sure if that is related to the LED supply?

Nope, It is a 3013x, Very similar to a HV9910B or TS19450 LED DRIVER
The other numbers are mfg./date codes

Thanks guys I was able to resolved this issue. It's the backlight I changed all the beads.
