    Samsung UE60KS7000 No Standby Light

    Hello,

I've got a problem with a Samsung UE60KS7000 that was given to me and said that there was a problem with the One Connect box but as I understand the TV should turn on even with the One Connect box disconnected (which it doesn't). There is no stand by light.

I've disconnected the Main Board from the PSU and when connecting to mains the backlight turns on which suggests the PSU might be ok. I've measured the voltages out of the PSU and they seem reasonable (like the labels say). The main board has no obvious burns, there are no shorts on the power rails anywhere. Unfortunately this main board doesn't seem to be easily obtainable in the UK so I'm hoping to repair the original one. It seems to be one of those with integrated TCON.

    TV Model: UE60KS7000
    Panel PN: Samsung CY-QK060FLSV1H
    Main Board PN: BN41-02504 / BN94-10757K

I've read the three easily accessible memories on the main board and their contents is attached. Unfortunately I can't read the eMMC easily. Could someone please check if the contents seems reasonable and perhaps someone has a bin file for the memories that I could try if this indeed is a problem with the firmware.

I've attached photos of the main board and panel PN sticker.

    Any ideas are welcome

    Thank you

I didn't see any problems in your dumps, check the voltage and resistance on the inductors relative to ground...Click image for larger version
