I'd like to test the connectors being that I have 2 t-cons and the same result from them both but in order to do that I'd have to find out what the required voltage from the main board is supposed to be to make sure I have the required amount to the t-con.

Video @3:13 looks like bad panel issue.
You need to test Voltages on the T-CON board test points, I.E. VGH, VGL, VDD, etc.

Any idea what voltage range i'd be looking for? Can't seem to find much material on testing main boards and t-cons.

Right now the T-CON must have 12V feeding it otherwise you will not get any image on the screen at all.
There are Voltage test points on the T-CON board that you need to test and report the results.
BTW, you need to up load good clear straight shot of the whole T-CON board so we can see the test points.

Is this the EXACT match of your T-CON (look at number printed in the white section)?

Well, start testing the Voltages on those test points. I.E VGH, VGL, VCC, VDD, VCORE, HVDD, VCOM, etc. Check when TV is working OK and when it is not.
