LG 47LX6500 No picture - just static - backlight OK

Have just acquired an LG 47LX6500. Powers on, no Logo on screen, screen flickers. No menu on screen. Cycling thru inputs have no change in condition. Static can be heard out of speakers. Left half of screen flickers with horizontal lines randomly. Right side just backlit. All voltages on Power board OK. Disconnecting left and right ribbon cables on T-con produces all white half screen respectively. Disconnecting cable from Main board to Tcon has no effect on condition.

    Power/LED: EAY60803402
    Tcon: EAX62110705
    Main: EAX62073003

    Any suggestions?

    Much Thanks!

If it turns out to be faulty mainboard, mainboard service there for 50 dollars, have not used them but the price seems reasonable. https://www.ebay.com/itm/REPAIR-SERV...Oar:rk:51:pf:0

Thanks for the link. Good to know if I can isolate it to the main board.

Any assistance in trying to isolate between Tcon and Mainboard would be appreciated.

Samsung UN60EH6000F Black Screen, Backlight and Sound Good. Power Cycle Returns Picture
              by Mgiffune
I have a 60 inch Samsung UN60EH6000F flatscreen TV. The screen went black a few months ago Sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. I replaced the TCon board with a used board purchased from Ebay. It worked fine for a 3-4 months, then the screen started ‘fading' back. Once again, sound is good, backlight is good, no menu. However, this time the picture looks fine for about 10-15 minutes, then fades back. If I power cycle the TV, the display reappears, for another 10-15 minutes, then fades black again. Repeatable ever time.

I ordered a supposedly ‘new' Tcon board this time, and

Macbook 2017 with touchbar (A1706) won't turn on after removing the screen
              by Ryan.man
Hello everybody! Posting this in hopes somebody has some expertise that leads to a clear path of troubleshooting that saves me a lot of time!

My macbook has the flex cable problem, the one that prevents the screen turning on. Ive been dealing with this for the last 3 years. Last year it went dead and I managed to fix it following youtube tutorials. But my fix wasnt the best, the problem returned a month later. This week, it went dead again. I again tried to fix it.

This time the original cable broke too close to the screen, it can't be fixed without tearing the screen...

Samsung UN50NU7400 - No Picture (but boot screen and screensaver)
              by arbitarytwist
Have a Samsung UN50NU7400 which shows a boot screen and a screen saver if left on long enough but no picture ?

Would a moving screen saver confirm that the panel is ok or it could still be a panel issue ?

Packard Bell Kayfo, no picture on screen.
              by nasdaa
Hello, I need your help for a failure on a laptop:

              It's a Packard Bell Kayf0, motherboard LA-5021P, Rev 1.0 with graphic issue.

I received this pc because it was turning on but not displaying anything, the fans are running normally and all chipsets heat up on startup but no picture on screen, no backlight either. I noticed that ENAVDD and ENVDD are not present and that there is no LCDVDD on the connector. I didn't check the screen because, maybe I'm wrong, but if there aren't these signals, even if the screen is good, it can't display anything? I tried heating the...

LG 55sk8000 plb ..snow in the middle of screen but can see that picture exists there
              by burbutsalos
              Hello everyone.

I have this TV set which has this issue. It shows a vertical bar im the middle of the screen.
The panel has 12 cofs and the problem seems to be on the territory of the first cof on the right side.
The tv fires up and you can see a good picture exept that vertical part where multicoloured pixels exist.
The strange thing there is that you can see behind that snow that it shows picture but as if there are these pixels in front so you cannot see clearly.

The effect is there even on a completely black screen.

              The screen...
