Packard Bell Kayfo, no picture on screen.

Hello, I need your help for a failure on a laptop:

    It's a Packard Bell Kayf0, motherboard LA-5021P, Rev 1.0 with graphic issue.

I received this pc because it was turning on but not displaying anything, the fans are running normally and all chipsets heat up on startup but no picture on screen, no backlight either. I noticed that ENAVDD and ENVDD are not present and that there is no LCDVDD on the connector. I didn't check the screen because, maybe I'm wrong, but if there aren't these signals, even if the screen is good, it can't display anything? I tried heating the gpu for 1min30 with the hot air gun but still nothing, apart from an increase in total current from 800 mA to 1 A, the GPU coil shows 5 ohms at ground. Tell me if it's useless, but I removed the R283 to measure the signal sent by the GPU before the jumper and it's still 0v on both sides, does this mean that neither the GPU nor the screen wants to activate the screen? Also, can the GPU chipset get hot even if it's defective?

    Thanks for your answers.

Are you certain the board is posted, does capslock react or can you do ctr alt del and laptop reboots?

I managed to burn an ic by trying to power the screen, and i've spend too much time on this board so i give up but thank you for your time ! Also, does the capslock reacting necessary means that the board is posted ?

Oh ok now its clearer. When i plug the charger there is an additonnal 500mA consumption and the Clock Generator (U3) is getting very hot so i think it's shorted, but i can't find the datasheet online so that's it. Have a nice day.
