    Just been testing voltages on PCB, when board is standalone on bench, readings are

    VS 202v
    VS 202v
    N/C
    GND
    GND
    VA 55.4v
    M5V 5.2v

    But if connect to mainboard (with nothing else connected to mainboard) the voltages drop to 0, but slowly.

    I have tried this with the matching replacement main board with same result.

    I even tried another spare LG plasma mainboard I had lying round, that wasnt a match but with the same connector just out of interest and got the same result.

    Does this mean anything?? Or give any insight into what the problem may be??

        I have now unplugged mainboard , and plugged in cable to ZSUS board, without cable to YSUS plugged inx readings at P134 are

        +VS 202v
        +VS 202v
        NC
        GND
        GND
        +VA 55.4v
        +5v 5.2v

        At P132 readings are

        +VS 201v
        +VS 201v
        NC
        GND
        +5V 5.2v
        +18V 3.8v

        Is the reading for +18 supposed to be that low??

            Also dont know if its worth mentioning, but when main board isnt connected, you can hear the hum/buzz of the Power board like its working, but when you connect mainboard to it, it goes completely silent.

                        Hi guys, I’m back here my friend give me her tv, that doesn’t turn on and no standby red led. When u plug in the cord the red led of one two second is on, then turn off. If you push the power button or the remote the red led blinks but nothing happen.                         LG 60PN6500 Plasma with standby, but won't power up.

                        Symptom is TV has standby, I get relay click, voltage rails come up, but no screen and TV shuts down after 5 seconds. If I disconnect the Z from the y sus, the unit stays powered up and I can read voltages.

                        So I've read the two other threads on this TV and I can confirm the Y-Sus #EAX64789501 does not have diode or resister failure. Did not see any fractured solder joints on the transformer or anywhere else. All power boards have slight discoloration on the hot spots.

                        The board in question is EAX64789601, Z board. I have 208 going to Y Sus, 5v standby. Pin 5 on P174 connector...

                        Hello, i have some issues with my laptop Lenovo Y700-17ISK (motherboard BY511 NM-A541), it started when i turn on the laptop, but the lcd wont turn on, i then connected it via hdmi to tv and screen was ok. So i thought maybe lcd stripe is faulty, i removed the bottom cover, disconnected main battery, reset the cmos by disconnecting battery for 1 min, then slighty move the lcd stripe. Conncted power supply and tuned on my laptop, the lcd turn on, it started to load os, then it turn off, after a second it turn on, then after like 3 seconds turn off again, and so on.                         A sports bar/restaurant with ~40 Samsung Plasma TVs. This is the 2nd TV that has a blinking standby LED. I'd like to learn how to repair these TVs because I'd guess that over time more and more of them will develop this symptom. My hope is to repair the bad PCB, however if that's not realistic then I'd replace the bad PCB.
