LG 60PN6500 Plasma with standby, but won't power up.

Symptom is TV has standby, I get relay click, voltage rails come up, but no screen and TV shuts down after 5 seconds. If I disconnect the Z from the y sus, the unit stays powered up and I can read voltages.

So I've read the two other threads on this TV and I can confirm the Y-Sus #EAX64789501 does not have diode or resister failure. Did not see any fractured solder joints on the transformer or anywhere else. All power boards have slight discoloration on the hot spots.

The board in question is EAX64789601, Z board. I have 208 going to Y Sus, 5v standby. Pin 5 on P174 connector going to Y-Sus is supposed to have 15v and only shows 5v. My suspicion is that the Y-Sus needs 15 vees to power up which appears to come from Z?

Found it on the curb from a nice older gentleman who paid $1300 in 2012 in near mint condition, and he gave me the stand and remote to go with it 🥳

I would really like to save this one from the landfill and not have to gamble on buying an extra board or worse, the wrong board, when I can fix the existing one with y'alls help 🫡

    Thanks in advance

Ciao.. the first move when you don't know at all which board is , is to test PS board at bench with test loads.. .another test is to find the screen self test procedure to rule out main board..
