    Un55mu630df

Hello I have a Samsung UN55MU630DF television. I have tested the power supply and getting good reading on my voltages. 12.2 and 3.34. I replaced the main board because initially it would not even come on. Now the back lights flash on and off in a cycle. No T-Con but did replace ribbons from main to panel.

Can you give the voltage readings on the 12 way connector CNM803 (blurry so hard to read) and the legend name alongside it.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Without the legend corresponding to the pin numbers the readings are not much use.

What happens if you unplug the main board from the PSU, then plug the TV in? Back lights should turn on and stay on.

Try these readings again, need them with tv plugged in and then with power switch activated, see if any change value when you hit power button, report findings.

Looks and acts like mainboard but seeing how bad these samasungs are, I think it's the powersupply.

If the backlights come on and stay on without flickering then your power supply board, LED driver and LEDs are OK.
But as I asked in post #9, are your sure that the control Voltages (not the A13V) are stable?

Is it possible to upgrade from a Vestel 17MB97 main board to a 17MB110 Main board?

I suppose the real question is whether the existing pinouts from ether a 17IPS71 psu are cross compatible with a 17IPS12 psu? If they are then the exchange of the main boards should have no issues providing the screen is compatible with both main boards. Obviously you can change the screen configurations easily enough (providing you have the correct files) for the main board. Why may you ask would I do this? Well a lot of the smart features are no longer working on a Hitachi 48HBT62U main board I wish to give it a new lease of life!
Obviously the same LVDS connector for the screen connection...

Hi and thanks in advance for any input you might provide!
I have a Sceptre U550CV-UMRD8POTV83BB 4K LED (this is a dumb tv) that I bought new in August 2021, so It's just completed 3 years.
Main power board model: TP.MS3683.PC821 T-Con board: N4TP546UHDPU2L_BO

Last Sunday I was watching a dvd and fell asleep for about half hour, when I awoke the tv screen was black and couldn't get the dvd menu to show, so I changed the input to antenna and had sound but no picture, turned it off. I then got online and found this great site! ....read many troubleshooting tips and this...

                                          Hi everyone,

I’m looking for help with a persistent issue on an LG TV model 55NANO77SRA, which uses the main board EBU66792103 (also used in LG UQ80 and NANO75/NANO80 series).

                                          🧩 Problem Summary:
                                          • The TV keeps scrolling through the menu or selecting items by itself.
                                          • I removed the physical button board (the entire panel with power and volume buttons) and also disconnected the flat cable (CN202) from the main board.
                                          • The remote control is not in use (batteries removed), and the TV still shows the same behavior.

Compatibility of main boards between different variations of samsung MU6100

                                          Hoping someone here could possibly help. I have a few questions in regards to compatibility with main boards. But I'll give a quick short run down on what's going on first;

I have Samsung Smart TV UA65MU6100WXXY version DA01

Now years ago it started intermittently playing up after a lighting strike. Lighting hit the block of units i was living in at the time. Ever since that night the TV started having a mind of its own, It would randomly turn itself off or on, and all inputs stopped responding like HDMI, aerial, but USB still worked. Anyway, over the next few months...

Acer TravelMate P214 - N19Q7 main power rail shorted to ground

                                          Dear all,

I have taken out the motherboard of a Acer TravelMate P214. There is a short to ground on the main power rail (19V). I don't have the schematics or boardview for this board (DAZ8IMB1AA0 REVA). But I have found 4 MOSFETS close to the main power rail : 2 N-Channel and 2 P-Channel.

I have checked resistance across each of the 4 MOSFETS. I have the following readings:
                                          Both N-Channel Mosfets: nothing odd

                                          P-Channel MOSFET number 1:
                                          source - drain : 117 kOhm
                                          source - gate: 96 Ohm
                                          gate - drain: 117 kOhm

                                          P-Channel MOSFET...
