I believe that voltage comes from the mainboard, looks to me like a mainboard issue.

Hi,

I also do have a LCD/LED Test Tool V 16.

I've attached it to the TCON
Powerd up the PSU without the Mainboard to have backlights.

No testscreen from the Test Tool visible. Used 3.3V and various 1920x1080 settings.

Strange access denied thing, maybe just put shopjimmy in google then put in your board number. sometimes comes up sold out but you can still see the board.

Shopjimmy blocks certain ip ranges, particularly in Europe.
N.C is not connected, 0v should be present.

Please verify your reading again for pin 8 which is BLU_ON/OFF per your post #8, your new chart shows pin 8 as GND.

Ok 8 is bl on, it has a 6 on the right, so 8 is o volts, that seems to be at least part of the problem.

He replaced the power supply, no mention in this thread of a mainboard replace.

OK, he replaced the power supply board not the main board, I got it mixed up with other Samsung thread.

You might have a faulty connection somewhere on the board. Make sure when you reflowed you didn't have any SMD components fall off or come loose especially on the bottom side

Hi,

Yes... It's blocked. It's Germany and the area im living is called "Bergstrasse"

Shopjimmy also not shipping to Germany (ebay.com)

Anyhow... The Mainboard is dead.

I will try to get a new one - but its hard to get one below 80,-- € which is to much for a set I found in the dumpster.

The T-Con still works :-)

I will try to "attach" an V.56 to it as i have some of them.

Maybe i will use the set for any other purposes (e.g. Microscope Monitor or InfoScreen) it this project works.
