If you turn your backlights down what effect does it have.
Also if you turn off all the power savng and Eco mode settings does that help?

Seems little improved, but it still does turns off whenever there us a black scene. Somehow if I can maintain that low voltage.

Yes sounds very much as a backlight led shorted half

Hi Sacrh
Was your tv working fine now,even my tv (sony KDL 52nx800)show the same symptom has yours,when checked found 0.5a fuse was blown replaced and checked but still has the same problem as yours.pls let me know if it was solved.
problem is as soon as you turn on the tv goes to standby mode and when press the power button the led turns green and back to red with 6 blinks.
no picture or logo only sound for just a sec.
opened and checked the led strip ,which looks visually good.
