That board attached to the power supply is the LED driver circuit for the local dimming array system. Most likely putting the board into a TV with a bigger panel requires more current.

Yes, it is they called "intelligence sensor", but why the sound is coming out from there?
Actually, it's a smaller panel for mainboard, but yeah, it is suppose to be smth about current insufficiency.
Is there any way to be sure whichever is the source of the issue?

Hmm, shopjimmy has no info for that model for me to find out what are on that board. I can see one part, BU1, so can you push on the inductor with plastic or wooden stick to see if the noise will change? https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...1&d=1523494009

Yes, i did and it turned out that sound directly coming from that sucker
From its tiny hole (you can see in the picture)
When i pushed other capacitors on this board, sound also changed.
