    Samsung IR issue

Hello, I've a samsung ue32k4100ak that won't accept IR inputs, I've tried an universal remote but it doesn't work either so I guess the problem it's with the tv itself. It has a Bn94-10869Q as main and BN41-02515A as ir receiver/function button.
Before I buy this BN41-02515A board, since it never happened to me, is there a way to be sure that the problem it's indeed that little board? The function button works.
I don't have another tv to test it on so that's not an option.

    Thanks.

What voltages do you have on each pin of the IR connector going back to the main board and as Capleaker says, some picture would be useful.

I've attached the photos, these are the readings
from left to right looking at the plug
        3,3v on pins 1 3 4 5 6
        0 on pins 2 and 7
        1,75 on pin 8
that's with the tv on standby, when I turn it on I read the same (mady they go lower a bit, like 3,15 - but it could be my tester) except on pin 8 that goes to 0.20v
I tried pressing volume+/- channel+/- and I get a change on pin 1, it floats to 0 and back to 3,3 but tv won't respond.

I noticed something, I took the reading without the antenna plugged in and the tv showed the floating features banner, could the tv have been put in some shop mode where the remote is disabled? Are you aware of that is possible and ho to enable it back? As of now the remote won't even turn on the tv.

Thanks in adavandce for your inputs.

You can try to get into the service menu as given in the following thread. Search for Samsung.
